Results Before Payment Guarantee
We believe you should only pay for performance. With our Results Before Payment Guarantee, you don’t pay our initial onboarding fee until we successfully place a qualified tenant in your property.
Our initial sign-up fee is only collected once a qualified tenant has signed a lease and moved into your property. This ensures our team is fully aligned with your goal of getting your property rented quickly and with the right tenant.
