Jordan Martin is the Property Manager in Charge at May River Rentals, bringing over a decade of property management experience in the Lowcountry. She began her career in residential long-term management, where she honed her expertise in client relations, operations, and optimizing property performance.
As the business expanded, Jordan saw the growing need in Bluffton not only for vacation rentals but also for high-quality, long-term property management. Her research into market trends revealed a gap in professional management services for furnished homes available for both short-term and extended stays. In response, she established Bluffton Traveler—a division designed to provide expert management and exceptional service for both vacation and long-term rental properties, offering homeowners peace of mind and residents flexible, well-maintained housing options.
Today, Jordan leads Bluffton Traveler and May River Rentals with a focus on exceptional service, strategic growth, and creating seamless experiences for homeowners, guests, and tenants. Her expertise continues to shape the company’s success in the evolving Bluffton market.
Beyond her professional success, Jordan is a proud mother of two daughters. She has found the perfect business partnership with her eldest, Ava, and looks forward to managing and growing the company.
