What is Required to Qualify?

To ensure a smooth application process, please review the following rental requirements. These help us create a safe, responsible, and enjoyable community for all residents. Application fees are non-refundable.

• Each occupant over the age of 18 must submit an application
• Must have a valid Social Security Number or ITIN
• Applications include credit and background check – minimum score of 650 required
• No prior evictions within the last 5 years
• No unpaid judgements from property management companies or landlords
• Must provide 2 recent paycheck stubs or bank statements showing gross income is at least 3x the rental rate
• Rental history verification form completed by current landlord
